ELIGIBILITY : CWE BANK EXAM

Eligibility for Bank Exam (CWE)

Below written eligibility criteria is basic to appear for Common Written Exam. However, each Public Sector Banks has their own eligibility criteria for different posts. So, only writing CWE is not a surety of being eligible  for every Bank.

1.) Nationality:

• Indian
• From Nepal
• From Bhutan
• From Tibet who got settled in India before 1-jan-1962
• A person of Indian Origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma and few other countries with the intention of permanent residing in India.

2.) Age:

• Minimum: 20 yrs
• Maximum: 28 yrs
• Relaxations in upper age limit:
  • SC & ST                                         : 5 yrs
  • OBC                                                : 3 yrs
  • Disable                                          : 10 yrs
  • Ex-Service commossion        : 5 yrs
  • 1984 Riots Victims                   : 5 yrs
  • 5 yrs service in RRBS               : 5yrs

3.) Educational Qualification:

• A Bachelor Degree in with 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD) any discipline for a recognized University.
